Booking policy for private customers:
- A valid credit card is required to process your online reservation.
- For each reservation, a deposit equal to the value of 30% of the total value of the reservation is required.
- The remaining cost of the reservation beyond the deposit amount will be paid to the property in cash or via a credit card of the customer/guest at a POS machine provided by the property.
Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation of the reservation, 30% of the total cost of the reservation is not refunded.
- A change or modification of the reservation can be made if and as long as there is availability at the accommodation, and in this case the customer should know that if and if there is a different cost based on the price list of the accommodation, the visitor/customer must pay the difference.
- In case of non-appearance of the client/guest after the end of the declared date of arrival at the accommodation and if there has been no information from the client/guest to the accommodation, 30% of the total cost of the reservation is not refunded.
Accommodation Tax
Taxes valid from 01/01/2018 (Law 4389/2016 No. 53):
- The accommodation tax is included in the price of the reservation.
Other policies
- Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and/or events are not allowed

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 am
Secure Transactions
All payments made using a card are processed through the Eurobank electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
The payment process is completed entirely by the Eurobank electronic payment platform and Joseph Village Apartments does not store any of your credit card details.
